I’ve got to tell you… I had brought my girls from the office in for lunch, & gotten take-out a couple of times, & then brought my parents for lunch a couple weeks ago – & we had exceptional meals every single time!

My parents & I had been very interested in the Loch Salmon, in your market, & really curious if it was worth the cost. We have family in Quadra Island, BC, & they catch, clean & seal salmon immediately to send to us, so we don’t tyically eat any salmon sold on the east coast – we’ve always been a little bit snobby about that…

But, my parents have also been to Scotland to explore our family heritage, & are very much into “renewable sources” & animal conservation, so they decided to give it a try…

Dad came in for the salmon yesterday, & they made it last night, for my husband & I (it is his birthday & I’ve just been layed up with a serious knee injury), & the four of us literally grunted & “ohhhh”ed, like cavemen while eating this magnificent fish!!!!

It was THE best salmon any of us have ever tasted & well worth every bit of the price!!!!

Thank you so much for turning us on to this amazing salmon! You’ve got personal references from any of us, should you ever want them!!
