CHEF GEORGE ADAM’S CORNER
Wednesday, January 23, 2013
Greetings from the kitchen at Go Fish! Seafood Market and Sushi Bar! It’s been a good year from my perspective; I created some excellent dishes, made connections with our customers, and hopefully left everyone with a pleasant experience. My personal goal as Chef, and collectively at Go Fish!, is for everyone to to walk away with a pleasant culinary experience. As your Chef, I enjoy hearing feedback from all of our customers. Throughout the course of 2013, I will be blogging periodically both on our facebook page and our website. There is a lot to be said, taught, and be excited about in regards to our restaurant, our menu, our market, staff and of course our valued patrons. As I leave you this evening I will say this…while I am not a very eloquent man as my spelling is atrocious, I am, however, a passionate man about Family and Food!! The genius of being a great Chef is so very simple…Prepare everything you make as if you are feeding your Family!
From our kitchen to yours,
Head Chef, George Adams
